The Wise Rabbit

A fierce lion in the jungle killed animals daily, so the animals made a deal to send one animal to him each day to avoid random hunting. One day, a clever rabbit’s turn came, and he purposely arrived late. When the angry lion asked why, the rabbit said another lion had stopped him and claimed to be the true king. The lion, furious, demanded to see this challenger. The rabbit led him to a deep well and pointed at the lion’s own reflection in the water. Thinking it was a rival, the lion roared and jumped in, drowning. The jungle animals rejoiced, as the wise rabbit had saved them all. Moral: Intelligence is more powerful than brute strength.
